By submitting, uploading, or otherwise providing any content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it.
6. Quiz and Assessment Features
Our platform includes interactive quizzes, tests, and assessments designed for educational and knowledge-testing purposes. Results, scores, and feedback generated by these features are provided for informational and learning purposes only. They do not constitute professional qualifications, certifications, or formal assessments unless explicitly stated otherwise in connection with a specific programme or course.
You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute quiz questions, answers, or assessment content outside of the platform without our express permission.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Paid Plans
Some features of our platform are available only through a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All fees are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees in accordance with the selected plan.
7.2 Renewals and Cancellations
Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
